Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed:

  • If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our customer support team.

Failed or Declined Payments

A payment may fail due to:

  • Insufficient account balance

  • Incorrect payment details

  • Bank authorization issues

  • Network or technical errors

  • UPI or payment gateway issues

If your payment fails but the amount is debited, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider within 5–7 business days. If the issue persists, please contact your bank or our customer support team.

Pricing

  • All prices displayed on the Covermonk website are in Indian Rupees (₹).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Applicable taxes will be included or displayed during checkout, as required.

Refunds

If a refund is approved in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy:

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the required details are provided.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible return requests.
