Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders (as displayed during checkout).

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation via Email or SMS/WhatsApp (where available)

  • A tracking number

  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible PIN codes across India.

Additional COD charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, it may be returned to us.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address, mobile number, and PIN code are correct before placing your order.

Covermonk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Courier partner delays

  • High order volumes during sales or festive seasons

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:

  • Take clear photos of the package before opening it.

  • Record an unboxing video if possible.

  • Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.


International Shipping

Currently, Covermonk ships only within India.
