7-Day Return Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received a defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned with the original packaging.

  • Proof of the issue (photos or an unboxing video) may be required for verification.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings or lighting.

  • Orders placed with an incorrect mobile model selected by the customer.

  • Normal wear and tear after use.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your provided bank account or UPI ID.


Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost (subject to verification).
